Projects BOX WING HOUSEBox Wing House is a strikingly contemporary addition to a Grade II listed house in East Sussex that holds a prominent position overlooking a valley.WEALDON PROJECTOur client came to Rexstone with their plans ready and finished looking for a builder who could manage the project and be confident that the major structural work and extension would be carried out in a professional way and to a very high standard.FOREST FARMHOUSEWe were initially asked to refurbish some rooms and were then asked to come back and open up and extend what was an old farmhouse with lots of small reception rooms into a light character filled family and entertaining area.HIDEAWAYThe planning restrictions meant that the building had to follow the footprint of the single storey youth hostel it was replacing.PASSIVHAUSWhen a previous client came to us with their new project of building a Passivhaus we did not need much persuading. This is exactly the kind of project we as a company want to be involved in. WHITE HOUSEWe took over the refurbishment of this period house mid-project. Our clients were at breaking point following a series of unfortunate incidents with the original building contractor.
