The home is constructed using Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), enabling a rapid and efficient build on standard foundations. The project was completed in just nine months, demonstrating both environmental responsibility and construction efficiency.
Clad in black zinc and natural larch timber, the design reinterprets the traditional pitched-roof form in a modern architectural language. Large sliding doors with a corner post and flush threshold connect indoor and outdoor spaces seamlessly, enhancing natural light and accessibility.
Inside, the interiors feature bespoke birch plywood shelving units, reflecting the minimalist, sustainable design ethos that runs throughout the home.
